This Privacy Policy (this "Privacy Policy") is written to inform you ("You" or as the context requires "Your") what information Healow, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company ("Healow") may collect when You use the Healow website and/or the mobile application related to the website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy is a part of and incorporated into the Terms of Use Agreement ("Terms of Use") applicable to the Site and any terms capitalized herein but not defined shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Terms of Use. In addition, as set forth in the Terms of Use for the Application, Healow may, subject to the limitations set out in the Terms of Use, use certain de-identified PHI.

The Site may contain certain links to third party websites. Healow is not responsible or liable for the privacy practices or content found on these sites. You should check the privacy notice and policies of each website You visit. Links to third party sites are provided solely for Your convenience and any use or submission of data to such sites shall be at Your sole risk.

Law Enforcement and Protection of Users and the Site:

To the extent permitted by law, Healow will disclose Your Personal Information to government authorities or third parties pursuant to a legal request, subpoena or other legal process. Healow may also use or disclose Your Personal Information as permitted by law to perform charge verifications, apply or enforce the Site's Terms of Use, or protect Healow's rights, interests, or property as well as those of our affiliates, customers, or website users. The Site employs 128-bit encryption technology in all areas of the Site which require You to provide Your Personal Information, as well as in the transmission and uploading of any PHI to and through the Site. The Site utilizes industry-standard firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transport to encrypt any electronic transfer of PHI.
