About Joseph Hartford
I have been an optometrist in Rapid City for about 26 years, 17 of which have been at Rapid City Medical Center. I have enjoyed working closely with the many specialty physicians at the Medical Center. We truly have a feeling of ?one stop shopping? here. I completed optometric training at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, and my undergraduate degree is from South Dakota State University.
