Leon Kohanbash, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner specializing in primary care and the treatment of Lyme disease, with extensive experience as a Lyme-literate medical provider. He earned his Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Long Island University and also holds a Master of Science in Certified Nurse Anesthesia from Shiraz University.
